You will receive a studio credit. Please email info@thehaverhillstudio.com

Yes! There is a portable speaker located in the Client Suite. Please make sure the speaker is returned back to the location under the TV in the client suite and plugged in for the next renter!

While we don't offer refunds, you will receive a full studio credit if emergency is declared. If there is a street banned parking in the City of Haverhill there is a garage located steps away from the studio on Granite street with rates consisting of $4 per day.

Yes! We are street level access with only a few steps into the studio. Feel free to bring anything seasonal to add to the overall feel of the vignettes. Whatever you bring in, please make sure you bring out!

Yes- Please feel free to utilize the client suite as a waiting room as clients you may book back to back come in for their holiday session. Coming from a family photographer who runs a lot of mini sessions this room is a must.
There is a client closet equip with hangers for coats, umbrellas, boots, etc so everything is out of the way. There is also a TV which may come in handy for anxious kids getting ready to go on the main studio floor for their session. Juice boxes and waters are located in the mini fridge for clients.
